FULLY DRAWN YARN（FDY）

FDY in nylon fully drawn yarn, it is also known as fully oriented nylon yarn. It is made by one step of spinning and stretching, so it has stable physical performance. It has lower breaking elongation and higher strength. Elongation is about 44-49%; strength>4.2Cn/dtex.

Application: FDY is mainly used in warp knitting machine, circular knitting machine, water jet loom, rapier loom, and other knitted machines and knitting machines.

It is suitable fields such as garment fabric, sportswear, high-grade garment lining, underwear, swimsuit, braid, high-grade industrial fabric, military product, etc. It can also be used for deep processing, such as textured yarn, air covered yarn and twist yarn, etc.
